Long hours increase heart problems

Japanese researchers have published the results of research which shows that long working hours greatly increased the risk of having a heart attack. The research, published in the journal Environmental and Occupational Medicine indicated that men working over 60 hours a week were twice as likely to have a heart attack than those working less than 40 hours.
