Within the HR Zone Resource Centre there are a number of dedicated areas relating to Employment and the Law:

They additionally have Internet and E-mail usage policies and guidances. A broad range of factsheets and Q&A sheets are available for refence on diverse topics such as wrongful and unfair dismissal, maternity rights, sick pay and redundancy.
