DPA advice
The new Data Protection Act is not out yet but we have a good idea about what it will say. It is very wide ranging in terms of its impact for all companies, particularly from an employment perspective. If you want to call me (01869 325401 or 07753 687354) and explain your circumstances, I will be happy to talk you thru it. You can check the DPA website, but unless you are used to employment law it is not easy to interpret.
