ACAS has issued a revised guide: Holidays and Holiday Pay
It provides guidance on issues, such as:
- how a part-time worker’s holiday is calculated
- the right to paid leave on public holidays
- rights of agency/casual workers
- leave accrual
- dealing with requests for extended leave.
