We need to implement a staff consultative group and would be really grateful if someone would be kind enough to provide me with details on how I should go about this, what legal requirements I need to observe to ensure the implementation meets all the legislative standards. If any copies of relevant documents could also be provided i.e. nomination form, policy/terms of reference etc that would be fantastic.
