We operate a recruitment agency and have been approached by two Bulgarians looking for temping work. They have both opened a limited company and wish to invoice us for any hours worked through their respective companies. We have not taken these people on as we do not know the ins-and-outs of engaging such staff. Does anyone else have expereince of this please? Are you able to advise on whether we can take people on on this basis? And if so, what additional things do we need to look out for/ checks do we need to make? Thanks for your help
