HI THERE, I WOULD LIKE TO GET SOME ADVISE ON THIS. WE HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WHO IS DUE TO RETURN TO FROM MATERNITY LEAVE NEXT WEEK. THIS EMPLOYEE WORKS NIGHTS HOWEVER BECAUSE OF THE BABY SHE HAS ASKED TO COME ON THE DAY SHIFT. MY QUSETION IS: HOW DO WE COPE WITH THIS SITUATION IF WE DONT HAVE ANY POSITION AVALIABLE ON THE DAY SHIFT? BY LAW ARE WE REQUIRED TO CHANGE HER SHIFT PATTERN?
