We are entering an exciting new phase, where we are starting to export our expertise to other countries – providing consultancy and people to venues across the world.

Our first site will open in January in Split, Croatia – although we have secondees going out there from next month.

I really want us to think about what could help them with this transition. Short term we’re talking individuals staying away from families – longer term full relocation.

Does anyone have generic guidelines, sources they go to, advice – and even better, does anyone have experience or contacts who could help us with supporting them in Croatia specifically?
