Hi
I am leaving my current employer and I am half way through my Year 2 of my CIPD. My employer is telling me that they will deduct the £3,500 from my salary at the end of the month.
The training costs were covered in a separate form to my contract and although I was sent it and chased for it, I never signed it.
My Company are still saying that they will deduct the monies anyway.
What do I do? Is this a tribunal situation? Under what part of the law? How can I stop my money being deducted or get it back?
