I wondered if you would review this fictitious scenario….

Lady returning after maternity. It has been mentioned “loudly” that most of the staff would be willing to resign on her return. Its a fairly small team and this would be 70% walkout.


Its a really hard one to comment on and i thought it a really interesting topic. Im sure this is not the only case of its kind and wondered if anyone had come across similar situations (real or not) and what was the outcome?
