I am working for a business that has a number of small teams of people.
We have recently had some cases where employees are reluctant to cover for their colleages holiday or sickness absence, and we are wondering if we can add a clause to contracts about this and what action we could take, if any, to stop this happening.
All overtime is paid but it leaves us struggling to cope when absences are not covered.
