One of our employees, who is being investigated as part of the disciplinary process, has asked if he can call witnesses to the meeting to cross-examine them.
Our company’s disciplinary process is not explicit regarding this matter, and I wondered if other companies allowed this as part of a disciplinary process, both during the investigation and during the disciplinary hearing.
