Right a while ago we advertised a post, done interviews and took on an acceptable candidate. As a consequence of somebody else leaving, we are now advertising the same job description in the same department. It is the same role, but there are 4 posts in that department.
How does everyone deal with a rejected interview candidate who has re-applied? Can we reject the application out right?
