Best training for a graduate?

I’ve recently joined a large company in the Banking industry as an HR grraduate. I have the opportunity to co-ordinate my own learning and have been researching different options. The other HR graduates within the company all recommend the Professional Development Scheme under CIPD. Since all the othere graduates seem to be doing this I wanted to know if there were any other course that would make me stand out from them? Possibly courses that look specifically at how the work I do affects the business drivers of a company in the banking industry.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
