I am currently looking at contracts of employment in a sales office where most employees are paid for 20 days plus bank holidays. When interviewing I find that most candidates come from companies offering much more than this. To ensure we offer an attractive package what sort of allowance would be the norm. If we offer more days after a length of service what would this be.
