Does anyone have a policy about working beyond 65 and extension of service I can use for benchmarking? Can anyone tell me if we consider a request to work beyond 65 can we legally say we will retain the employee for a period of 6 – 12 months maximum? Or do we have to keep the extension of service open ended?
