To put this into context, my husband is an owner-driver and delivers parcels on behalf of a third party contractor. This third party contractor may be losing the work from the ultimate customer. I am aware that if my husband had been employed by the third party contractor, he would have been protected under TUPE; however, because he invoices for the work through his limited company – does he have any legal protection?
