I am to make a presentation for a new job on the following scenario. “The Town Council staff group is to undergo a restructuring review. The Town Clerk has delegated to the Assistant Town Clerk the task of reviewing the current staff terms and conditions of employment and job descriptions. How would you approach implementing change, and what employment legislation has to be taken into account.”
