I have applied for IIP, and have convinced the board of the measures, value that the company will be able to see. My personal thoughts are that IIP can genuinely give employer advantage and recognition, alas the cynic in me says……..those who have been in this situation before, besides the benefits that IIP say they would bring, what actual realistic value and measures has your company seen to improve. I am looking for genuine proven actuals
