Just wondering if anyone had any tips on where I can get/ compile a suitable aptitude type test that would be appropriate to assess an apprentices’ ability level at recruitment stage.
I’d like it to contain sections on verbal, numerical, mechanical, spatial & diagrammatic.
I’ve searched the Internet but didn’t find what I was looking for – can anyone recommend one?
Is there anything available free or would we have to buy the test/ license?
