I have been treating unfairly in the past 2 years. my supervisor has tried to attack me with a screwdriver in front of CCTV i have had my personal locker broken into and my belonging left on the floor. rumours spred by my manager that i am homosexual and many other apaulling things. i Put in a grievance and attached witness statments but i was told on completion of the investigating that they found nothing and that my witness statments mean nothing and the CCTV footage of my supervisor trying to attack me is too long ago (18 months). Since then i have been booked of work with stress from my doctor (3 months). I have been offered to be moved to another site but i told them i cannot take it due to the distance and i have to be home by 7am to look after my daughter. They said this new site is not flexible. the bottom line is i cannot leave my 3 year old unattended and my wife need to go to work. i have now been told they are changing my shift at my current position and my job would no longer suite me. then i got a call to say i have been suspended and the client i am contracted to no longer wants me on site. all seem to be going downhill rapidly since i raised a greivance. i also have been recording all my phone calls with my manager and anyone i call or calls me from work i have a lot of mistrust as i have seen how past workmates have been treated. can i also use these recordings as evidence.
