In the first quarter of the new year I will be designing and communicating new appraisal documentation for the company. Feedback I have received so far suggests that people want something more fluid with fewer boxes to complete and “tick off”. Our company has a fairly informal culture, so the challenge will be to strike the right balance – anything too formal will not work.
I would be grateful for any advice on what approach others have taken in a similar situation and also if anyone is willing to share with me what appraisal documentation they use that would be appreciated.
