We have just undergone a review of our organisational structure and how our company will operate going forward. The structure has changed a little and I will be holding workshops across the company to review whether our existing titles are still relevant.
To help me prepare for these workshops I was wondering if someone had some good material on what it means to be a manager or a director or an executive director.
