I have been asked to devise a questionnaire/framework, collate responses and deliver back an appraisal to our company directors. I have been asked to complete this exercise by the 17th December! This is not something I have done before, so would appreciate any tips, or even better if someone has anything they can send me I’d really appreciate it. It certainly feels like it’ll be different to usual employee appraisals.
