my employer wants to terminate my contract due to poor performance i am dyslexic and have asked for reasonable ajustments. i also arranged for access to work to come out and assess me and they have made recomendations but my employer still wont comply i then raised a creivance and now they have completed their investigation but still wont accept my reason for the greivance have they broken the law ?
