I am looking at how productivity can be improved by also keeping within WTD 48hr week – opt outs are not an option. Currently all staff work a ‘normal working week’ but I think shift patterns may be an alternative option.

I would appreciate if you could let me know the shift patterns that you run, and how successful (or not) these are. I am modelling my own but would apprecite your views on what works in practice!
