Training Needs Analysis

Does anyone have a training needs analysis questionaire for mangment and leadership training they would be willing to share.

Also looking to people who would be willing to complete a questionaire on Management Training and it’s effect on bottom line in their organisation for an Msc paper. Companies would not be named unless agreed.
