An Employee with more than 2 years service has had an arrangement with a previous manager of his department that entitled him use a company vehicle to get him into and out of work on a daily basis this arrangement is now unacceptable can this arrangement now be terminated and if so what are the implications of ending this arrangment if the employee disagrees?
