We are looking at introducing a flexitime policy for all staff to allow people more control over their working hours. Is anyone willing to share a policy or proposal with me. I’d like Managers to trust staff to a large degree but realise there will need to be a certain amount of monitoring and am intersted in how other companies do this. Thanks.
