I dismissed someone within a few weeks of employment. Following a meeting with her to discuss her poor performance she went sick, sending in a sick note for depression. I decided to dismiss with one week’s notice (full pay, not SSP). We are a small company, 6 employees.

Now I have received a letter from a someone claiming to represent her and wishing to ‘resolve the matter’. The letter requests information relating to procedures and equal pay policies. How should I respond?
