I’m testing the market to find out is there is any interest in HR for dummies workshops. In my experience Small business employees/directors need to know how to implement the right polices and procedures, plus keep updated with employment law. I’m looking at offering practical/interactive sessions which take away the ‘fear and boredom’ factor.
