We are trying to improve our company paternity pay to encourage more employees to take advantage of it. We currently offer 50% of salary for week 1 and SPP for week 2 but we find that a number of employees use annual leave for week 2 or do not take it at all. Can anyone advise me what company paternity pay they offer? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
