We have a situation at work where we have a staff on maternity leave who would like to attend two an in-house training sessions that we hold annually. Can anyone let me know if they have had simmilar situations at work and how it was dealt with? Will be be breaking Health and Safety laws? In terms of paid and unpaid work and SMP what will the implications be? Appreciate any comments and thoughts on this. Thank you.
