I’m currently employed as an HR interim, with the focus being recruitment, inductions and contracts. I recently had to update a document which I assumed was public, but it contained details of proposed changes in the next 6 months. The staff have not been informed in the right manner, and this has caused some concern. Should I suggest to the MD that these changes be communicated to the staff and instead them hearing on the grapevine ?
