We have an employee who wishes to change hours to 25.5 hours per week in term time only.
We are in agreement to this, but are unsure as to how to work out holiday entitlement, salary, bank holiday entitlement etc etc.
Does anyone have an example of a term time only contract to help us out please??
Any help and advice would be gratefully received.
