Does anyone use breathalysers to check staff suspected of being unfit for work?
We do not have any occ. health facilities and do not want to introduce random testing.
We have a warehouse where operatives use machinery and drive fork trucks.
We are thinking of a check to back up managers who suspect someone is under the influence of alcohol, particularly coming in for the morning shift after a heavy night’s drinking.
Any comments would be appreciated.
