I am posting my application form onto our web site so potential staff can apply directly on line. Does anyone have any wording they use in these circumstances (in the absence of a signature) to indicate that by emailing the form, candidates are accepting their information will be used with regard to data protection etc & that they are declaring the detail is true/complete etc.
