We are currently paid 13 times a year, ie every 4th Wednesday. These dates are marked on the corporate calendar. I was transferring these into my electronic calendar and noticed no pay dates on the calendar after April so jokingly said aren’t we getting paid after April? One of the managers replied that he understood that the pay dates were going to change to monthly, ie 12 times a year.
Can this just be done without any negotiation with staff – I have worked here for 23 years.
