Does anyone pay a shift allowance for working normal days as part of a rolling shift pattern e.g.06.00 to 14.00, 14.00 to 22.00 and 08.30 to 16.30. Staff are requesting that we pay a shift allowance for working normal days. Is this common pratice? What are your views?
