I am seeking some factual information related to bonus schemes and proven increased in productivity.
If any of you (or your associates) have any statistics to prove that well-structured bonus schemes have an impact (positive) on employee motivation and therefore productivity I would appreciate if you could share them with me.
Alternatively, if you do not have anything but know where I can find such information I would be most grateful.
