I am seeking some benchmarking information on the number of home leave trips given to expatriates assigned to another country for more than six months.
The assignment could be for the duration of a project or to another country office.
Also do you differentiate between those on unaccompanied status and those accompanied?
We are in the large scale project design and construction business with projects often lasting 2-3 years.
