Does anyone on the forum work for an organisation with approximately 6000 employees? If so, could you tell me how many people in your HR department and an idea of the organisation’s HR, recruitment and training budget? I work in an industry with this number of employees and would like an idea of the size and type of resources other organisations have. Many thanks.
