We have a candidate coming back for a second interview for a Key Account Manager role to be based over in Dubai. They want to test what he is like under pressure, dig it more to make sure he is competant etc. They don’t want to do this all through asking questions and really without any psychometric testing so any idea of other ways of finding this out, maybe by use of presentations, what topic could we use? or any other suggestions.
