Trying to find a reference and hoping that the collective memory of HR Zone can help!

I remember reading a while back a comparison of time spent on social topics in real meetings vs. ones held vitually (I think it was video conferencing). The conlusion was roughly that when people meet face to face, they spend about 40% of the time on social topics, but on ideo conferences this fell to about 5%.

Does anybody know the study I’m talking about, or anything similar?

Thanks in advance
Sam
