I am working with a company who have strong contacts with a manufacturing site in China and they wish to employ someone to work as a Quality Control Inspector on site in China.

I’m aware of the pros and cons and procedures to be considered for relocating a British national out there, BUT how would I set about sourcing a Chinese national to undertake the position?

Does anyone have contact in China? I am assuming there will be lots of differences between our employment law and Chinese employment law.

Any comments/tips would be appreciated.
