I would appreciate any experience (good or bad)that you have regarding transfering your business from an office based culture to a home working based ones, especially in respect to the challenges of setting staff up with home office facilities;-IT/Phones/chairs desks etc/H&S responsibilities and how you funded some all or none of it.
Any unexpexted benefits -problems?
