Should a member of staff working various shift patterns have to swap to a 9-5 shift mon -fri before being able to take holidays? They are not normally on 9-5 shifts.
we are open 8-10 mon-fri and weekends 9-5
Is this legal or is it the company’s responsibility to arrange cover. staff are on anualised hours contracts
