Salary of a Personnel Officer

Just quick one. How much should we be look at paying a Personnel Officer. They will support Managers with all aspects of HR and also be responsible for Health and Safety within a medium size company.

We have 2 sites and 700 employees if that helps?

If anyone can advise or tell me what they pay I would appreciate it.
