Does anyone have a recruitment policy or Hr Guidelines they could share which covers the employment of ex-offenders?. We are trying to update our recruitment processes and need to develope reference materials for HR staff and line mangers who are involved in recruitment. I have got quite a bit from CIPD but would welcome any practical “tried and tested” examples of working materials.
