We are looking to introduce into our Service function a structured variable pay banding system. Currently our Service Engineers enjoy annual pay awards but these are not linked to any particular formal plan.
Can anyone please offer any assistance/suggestions for a variable pay banding system that will benefit all our Service employees, foster the right behaviours and increase motivation going forward.
